Because items are individually ordered and custom stitched, orders are typically shipped in 7-10 business days. If you have a deadline for a gift please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you. In general, we ship by United States Postal Service Priority 2-3 day mail.. Once an item or items are in your cart there is a preview shipping button you can use to check the weight/price of shipping your particular item.

Because most items are custom stitched, all sales are final. If there is a problem with your order, however, please contact us immediately and we will do everything we can to accommodate.
